The highest-paying jobs requiring post-secondary training or Associate’s degree can be found in the Information Technology industry. Most IT or computer experts command top paychecks followed by technicians in a variety of fields, according to a study by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

A majority of Associate’s degree jobs do in fact deal with careers in technology. These include professionals highly skilled in technical skills needed for occupations in electronics, science, engineering and mathematics. The lists other contenders are related to medicine and health care. Associate’s degree jobs such as registered nurses, dental hygienists, therapists and sonographers also prove to pay well. Other jobs seen on the list are commercial pilots, fashion designers and ship engineers.
